Schoooool fool.
I hate that I've only had one day of school and I already feel overwhelmed. Ah! My classes all seem like a challenge, but the good kind. My women's studies class I'm so excited for. My profe is one of those really engaging interesting people with so much knowlege and amazing stories. For example, she just got back (3 hours before my 9am class) from India doing research on women's lifestyles. And my 2 Educational Technology courses seem very intimidating to the point where I want to drop my minor, but I guess that would be a cop out of me.
This weekend I went with a few amazing people to see Alpha Dog. It was not a feel good movie, but Justin Timberlake was worth the $$$. To be honest, I was really down and out, so it was nice to be out with the few amazings. I tried really hard not to be a killjoy and seeing people happy and laughing always has its way of putting a smile on my face.
Anyways, books have been a painnnnn. I should take advantage of the 20% KB discount, but Eufe brought up a good point of supporting the university. Besides...I already bought all my books.
