My schedule for Adobe Max next week is, for the most part finalized. I'm going to recount my schedule of events here:
Monday, October 23
Depart Omaha at 03:30 PM and
arrive in Las Vegas at 04:20 PM
Tuesday, October 24
10:30 AM-A Customer's Perspective: A case study on Big Spaceship
1:45-Best practices for developing Flash applications
3:00-Search engine optimization
4:15-Moving from ActionScript 2 to ActionScript 3
5:15-Gambling
Wednesday, October 25
10:30-Game development with Flash
12:30-Going from comp to code using CSS and Dreamweaver
Should be valuable for the CSS part; I don't think I'll be using Dreamweaver, though.
1:45-User Interface Design with Flash
3:00-Integrating Flash video into your website
4:15-Manipulating Flash video: cue points, filter, effects, and more
5:15-Strippers
Thursday, October 26
10:30-Character animation in Flash
1:45-Accessible video with Flash
1:45-CSS Part 3: Advanced CSS concepts and theory
Obviously there's a conflict with the previous two classes, since they're at the same time, but they won't let me change my schedule. I want to get into the CSS one, but I'd be happy with accessibility, too. It'd just be sad if they locked me out of both of them.
3:00-CSS Part 2: Designing multi-column layouts
I'm taking part 2 after part 3, but not part 1. Don't blame me.
4:30-Boozing, gambling, and hookers. Gotta start early; it's going to be a short night.
