Why don't you give me some more advice that doesn't help me.

I got tech support from Digg of all places! Windows Live Mail was giving me trouble in Firefox, so I sent Microsoft a support ticket. Naturally, they sent me a response telling me how to reset Internet Explorer, so I sent them a condescending message back and then went searching for the fix on my own. I found it on Digg. Digg somehow gives better support than Microsoft! Anyway, the problem was AdBlock, but it's all fixed, and I'm still blocking ads.

I started my lifting routine yesterday. I could feel the burn by the time I was done, but I know I'll be moving up in the weights pretty quick at this point. It didn't take more than 15 minutes, but I'm starting light and will eventually be doing more in depth and longer excercizes. Should be fun.

Last night I watched Mou gaan dou (Infernal Affairs), a Hong Kong noir film and it was really crazy. I wasn't too sure what to expect from it (I was actually expecting lots of action or gunfire), but it was really fascinating. Basically, the police have a mole in the gang, and the gang has a mole in the police, and they have to discover who the other one is. It was a challenge to keep track of who knows what, but it was really neat. Now I want to see the two sequels.

O'course, Martin Scorsese is remaking the movie for American audiences who prefer not to read subtitles. It will star Leonardo DiCaprio and Matt Damon (and Jack Nicholson, Martin Sheen, and Alec Baldwin) and be called The Departed.

At any rate, I give it a high four (meh, maybe a five) coke clouds out of five.

Today, I bought the new Tilly & the Wall CD over lunch. It's pretty decent. I'll have to give it some more spins to see if I like it.
