Broken Flowers, and party shopping.
Last night, I saw Broken Flowers, which stars Bill Murray. If you liked Lost in Translation (I loved it), you will be right at home with this movie. Bill Murray delivers his deadpan style, and most of the dialogue is top notch. It just puts this great feeling in you as Murray is searching for his son and his soul throughout the movie. The ending is one of "those" endings that most people hate (as was evidenced by the groans heard in the theatre, but what better ending could there be for this film. On second glance, I'll go ahead and give this one 5 road trips out of 5.
This weekend has been mostly pretty nice, though shopping while hungry is never fun to do.
Speaking of shopping, I went out and found some nice clothes that actually fit me. Unfortunately, I had to get this shirt from Express at the mall. Expensive. But did you know they're like the only clothing store in town that actually sells neck-size 14-14.5 black shirts? I mean, I could have settled for a 15 at Younkers, but those are just as pricey, and this one was even on sale for under $40. Yes, that's sick. At least I only need one. I'm going to either look hott or like a mafia man, either of which would be cool.
But, what I need from you, dear reader, is something to sew/paint on my white tie. I'm looking for ideas, so whatever random crap you can think of that you think would be cool, is what I want to hear.
