Christmas Knitting
I'm planning on hand-knitting all of my Christmas gifts this year.
Here is the list so far:
Grandma and Grandpa: Winecozy from Knitty.
Mom: Laminaria from Knitty
Dad: A Dr. Who Scarf
Brian (brother): The Linux Illusion Scarf
Ellie (sister): Woodins from Knitty
Christopher (brother): Knucks from Knitty
Alex (sister): The Letter Have It Bag from Stitch 'N Bitch Nation
Lauren (future sister-in-law): Halcyon from Knitty
Bridget (friend): Lacy V Scarf
Marlana (friend): Irish Hiking Scarf
The only one who's not getting something knitted is the boyfriend, because...well we live together and there's no way to knit it without him knowing. That doesn't mean he won't get knitted goodies some other time though.
So far, I've basically finished the Winecozy, except for weaving in the ends and blocking--ditto for the Dr. Who Scarf and the Lacy V Scarf. The Linux scarf is about halfway done and the Irish Hiking scarf is a third of the way there. I just casted on for Halcyon last night.
