Raccoon Found This Morning.
Left to go to a doctor's appointment this morning to find that we'd lost one of the raccoons we hear every night scrabbling over our roof and in our trees. It was a big old 'coon, and seemed to be in perfect condition.
Unfortunately I'm not in a position right now to salvage him or else I would - he seems to be in pretty good condition, though I admit I didn't turn him over.
If anyone's in the area, he's on Santa Clara avenue in Santa Ana, CA, between Tustin and Grand streets.

He was just picked up by Animal Control about 5 minutes ago. So he's gone now. :(
