Went to the city today with Jess & met up with Lesley, wandered around our home that is St Mark's in search of the missing Hefner album in my collection...no luck there. I did however pick up the Dog On Wheels 7". I bought some Hefner cd at Other Music not paying attention to the cover art or the tracklisting, it ended up being the You Took My Love Forgranted cd 2 single, which I already have. Wish I had paid closer attention to when I picked it up, oh well I will just return it tomorrow. We went to various clothing & shoe stores where I fell in love with a pair of suede Aldo boots for the reason that "they would be great with skirts to wear in Iceland" they were only $80 which isn't bad. I then fell in love with this great jacket at Urban Outfitters which "I need to bring with me to Iceland", all these things I need to buy to go to Iceland and I am highly doubting I will even be going because the cheapest ticket I've found is $600, I need to find a job near campus fast.
Pfff, I just spent a few minutes trying to find a picture of the jacket at urbanoutfitters.com to link here but it's not up yet. Probably because it's a new item, same deal with aldoshoes.com... takes all the fun away, but either way...they were both very nice, warm, and pretty.
I just spent the past half hour looking up all the shows that are coming up and taking note to them. Times like this make me really love NYC.
