Miracle On Delancy Street.

As I was strolling down Delancy St. on the way to Shea's I saw a boy with headphones a few feet in front of me. As he turned to cross the street I noticed he had on a BELLE & SEBASTIAN T-SHIRT!!! I nearly yelped on the street! However, I did not go and run across the street to tell him I like his shirt...I should have, but I was trying to actually be on time to meet a friend [I tend t be late a lot] and besides, the boy had on headphones (excuse excuse!) So, I to Shea's and rang the buzzer...no response, rang again..no response again. Annoyed, I walked to St. Marks Place to pick up B&S's Jonathan David...I am an awful stuid person and did not know that the single came out this week in the US. I went with the Jeepster date, and thought it was released on the 18th, but it actually came out the 11th here! I could have picked it up on Tuesday before I saw the Clientele!! If only I knew....

Anyhow, I went two shops and neither of them had it, I went to the third and there it was looking all nice and pretty on the new release display. [I Love Kim's Video] After I bought it I walked back to Shea's but there was still no response. I decided to go pay Fotini a visit at work. On the train to Union Square there was a guy standing by me waiting for the train, he looked at my badges a bit and then at me but he didn't say anything...when the train got there I was standing by him and I saw him take out the new Irvine Welsh novel, "Glue". Since I was bent out of shape about not talking to the boy with the Sinister shirt I decided to talk to this one! So I smiled at him and asked him how he liked the book. He was quite nice and we made conversation until my stop (which unfortunetly wasn't very long) But at least I SPOKE to an stranger was interested in! When I got to virgin I luckily I caught Fo right before her lunch break so we went to lunch together and she confirmed what she found out from talking to the people at Matador yesterday at work (it's so top secret I will not say what it is! muahaha) After lunch I just came home since I didn't have anything else to do and I was dying to hear Jonathan David. I love it...I do, I do...I think this song (take your carriage clock and shove it) is absolutely brilliant three hip hip horrays for Stuart Murdoch!! hip hip horray, hip hip horray, hip hip horray!
