Tobey Maguire and Gabe Kaplan Sued For Winning at Poker

Thank the lawyers.  Now if you win in a square game they want to take it away on the grounds that maybe you were not supposed to be playing*.  I hoe the lawsuit gets dismissed.  In any case, a better idea is to play with cash only, and don't take too many notes on who was playing.

* I have no idea what California law is on home poker games.  I suspect if no one rakes the pot then they are legal, that is the law in Arizona.
