Lunchtime guest speaker was an MD and a medical malpractice attorney. "every client says 'this is not about money, it's about justice.' That's balogna. It's all about the money, and that's up to the amount the Dr's insurance limit."
Celebrating Mardi Gras by reading 45 pages on racketeering via the RICO law. I am so glad Congress remembered to include "trafficking in counterfeit labels for phonorecords."
Actually I have heard zero mentions of "Phat Tuesday" compared to a week of hype building up to Cinco de Mayo. Fake holidays are a sign of the times.
