If my friend's scale is correct, I've lost between 5-10 lbs since the last time I weighed myself about a year ago. I'm down to about 165, which is about 20 pounds less than what I was at when I moved here two years ago.
I still eat a ton (I cook for two but eat alone.) and drink a ton, but I've been trying to do a lot more walking. I'm guessing playing 1-2 softball games a week on a field that's literally an oven probably sheds a few pounds each game.
Just going to have to either eat some junk work out a little more to get myself back to 170. I like being at 170.
