Voting stations have now closed, so if you didn't vote, the next 4 years are all your fault. Enjoy :)

If people choose not to vote thats fine... As long as they don't complain to me about anything relating to the state of the country.

Well said - though I can appreciate people feeling disenfranchised in soem seats. Hopefully this election with some big unexpected moves will wake some people up that things can change.

Some of the pundits are discussing another election in a year to 18 months - if that happens it could be interesting to see if turnout goes up or down.

Yeah - there was very little point in my vote. I'm in the 5th safest seat in the entire country - there was a 12.5% swing to the conservatives and Labour still had 50% of the vote!

Still, their candidate did give Bethan a baloon so she's not all bad. ;)

No ones given me a balloon in years!

Maybe the 12.5% swing will encourage them to put more of an effort in - Sorry I've been finding silver linings all day today.

Er it's equally true that if you did vote... the next four years are your fault :) Just pointing it out... but I get the sentiment :)

I voted. I feel I should. People died to allow me to make a cross on a piece of paper.

(feel all disillusioned now, but never mind)
