Ah, that's Urahara Kisuke. He's a fascinating character because he plays the fool, but is actually a brilliant scientist and has his finger in an entire bakery full of pies.

...you should read Bleach. I think you would love the intricacy of the plot and character development. And I don't just say that because I'm obsessed. Though I am. But I wouldn't BE this obsessed if it weren't just that good. [spazzes]
