Freshman Orientation

Aug 29, 2008 09:31

Freshman orientation was last night. When I got to the high school I had to wait around for a little bit before my friends finally showed up and I could ditch the mom. I had a lot of fun, all of my friends looked pretty much the same, which is good in most cases except for LeeLee's, who was planning to lose weight this summer and didn't. Poor girl, :(

So when everyone was assembled we all went into the auditorium and sat down to listen to Ms. Principal talk. That was boring. But then something amazing happened. Ms. Vice Principal talked and I have to say she's a looker. Like really. I'm glad she's not a teacher because that would affect my grades, but now there's incentive to commit crimes, just so I can go see Ms. Vice Principal. Yes she's really that hot.

After I was done oggling ms. Vice Principal we were sent to the field house. It turns out that a feild house is in fact not in a field and it isn't a house. It's actually a gym big enough for the track team to practice in, and for the soccer team too. I learned something! So in the field house I had the pleasure of seeing my old crush, who is now my new crush. I hope she's at least bi. She looks pretty androgynous. But even if she was bi/les I wouldn't have a chance with her. Not because she's a snob, but because I can never think straght around her. Damn girls.

So after the field house where we got our schedules we went on a tour of the school, that didn't help. I'll be lost the entire first week. :) After that we were herded back into the auditorium and I got to check out Ms. Vice Principal for another 10-15 minutes, while they talked about guidance counselors(my guidance counselor's name is Ms. Nutter lol), sports(I'll be on the swim team in the winter), clubs, and student government.

After that we went to the Caf and ate some free food, before saying bye and going home. It was fun. It definitely makes me excited to start school next week (even thougvh I've yet to complete my summer reading). It'll be nice to start seeing my friends on a daily basis again. Well, now I have to finish my work before school starts so I don't get beat down by Mr. English 9.
