I'm still alive!!
All is going along very nicely here!
I'm working super hard at Uni at the moment, which is keeping me busy! I love it! I can't fold the table over my tummy anymore, so note taking is interesting, but I manage!
Work is... well.... work! Three.... YES THREE people have quit in the last week, so I have been interviewing like mad to fill their positions ( Read more... )
I have been working like mad at my new job. Not really fond of it, truth be told. It is just so much overtime, and having gone straight through three and a half years of uni with no break (not to mention, finishing high school and going into a new job three weeks later) I would just like to have a life for once. But such as life.
I don't think I've told you, but we found out the other week that Megs is having a little boy. She's definitely due 30 December. She's very excited. She reckons now that she's got her pigeon pair she doesn't want anymore (some of us have said that maybe it needs to pointed out to her how one gets pregnant in the first place!!). I couldn't imagine being done with having children at 21, but to each their own, I guess.
Anyway, not much else. No boy on the horizon :( Glad to be free of uni, but have to go into to do my chartered accounting study beginning of next year so pooh! Have been working tirelessly on my book though. Am very pleased with myself. Think I finally have a beginning for chapter 1 of the first book that I actually like which is excellent news!
Anyway, if I don't hear from you, good luck for the next six weeks!
