Syn, Lady, Nevan, Charon, and Ifrit arrived back at the compound from The Preserve.
They walked in the door in the kitchen and sat down their bags.
"Well that was a nice visit. I hadn't seen Anubis in centuries." Nevan said.
"Yea, I'm glad that I'm getting to see my family more. I've still not talked to my mom or dad, I'm still a bit upset with them for what they did. But other wise it's all good. I'm sure I'll forgive them sometime, just not yet." Syn agreed as she started towards the living room.
She stopped in shock as she looked at the trashed living room, the couch was torn up, things knocked over and destroyed. It looked like a cyclone had gone through. She walked around for a bit and then moved to the office, it was the same in there, luckily the computers and machines hadn't been damaged, but everything else was.
"What the hell happened here?"
She walked back into the kitchen, "The living room and office are trashed, I wonder if we were attacked again? And there's a really strange smell. One I don't recognize."
Nevan moved into the living room and caught the smell, she started laughing, "No we weren't attacked."
Syn looked at her, "Ok then, I'm going to go find Dante and Vergil."
She moved back to the rooms, the smell was thick in the air here. She checked Vergil's room and didn't find him, she wondered where he went. She moved to Dante's room and knocked. Not hearing anything she opened the door.
"Dante?"
