(no subject)
well, i did my civil duty today..if that's what you call it. i had jury duty. all in all it wasen't a bad day. all the cases they had for today would've lasted 3 to 5 days. somehow...which i won't argue with, i got out of it all. the case i was supposed to sit on, was postponed. they said they couldn't find a korean translator. alright! they let me go around 1230. i can handle that. yeah sure the morning was a bit boring...just sitting around reading...but i got the rest of the day off with pay. can't beat that. i got home and thought, hey, my girl from up north is in town for spring break, i'll call her and maybe we could hang out or something...wrong. first she didn't even get out of bed till almost 3 and then had made plans to back up north to see some friend of hers mix at a club. well damnit, there went my plans. but i guess i can't blame her any, i would have done the same thing. she did come over last night as we watched a movie together...i can't take up all of her time. my shellz came to see me though, she surprised me. we hung out a while, it was fun. i'm glad i got to know her, she's one of my best friends. i don't know what i'd do without her. thank you shellz, you're terrific! i just hope i'm half as good a friend to you as you are to me.
