Too many zombie stories...time to actually move my fat ass...

I love all things zombies...movies, books, shows, video games, hypothetical discussions about what to actually DO when the zombies rise...all that stuff...and when people started eating other peoples faces, that's the first place my brain went. Now, I know that probably says something about me as a person, that instead of feeling immediately saddened and worried for the victim I instead went O.O OMGWTFZOMBIES!!!! Maybe I lack empathy, maybe the internet has broken me, who knows... I've always been a bit...off...and I'm OK with that now. But I digress, the point of this post was to announce that I will be starting upon another weight loss venture based on the motivation of ZOMBIES...OK, not starting...continuing... I actually started in the beginning of March, right after my 28th birthday >.> but the zombie part, that's new... I started the "Primal Blueprint" which you can find info on at http://www.marksdailyapple.com/ and started walking the trails at the local park semi regularly. There has also been much dancing and jumping around involved thanks to Dance Central and Kinect Adventures, and body weight exercises and sprinting with my dog.

In the process I've lost 15 lbs and 6.5 inches on my waist so far. I've learned how to cook real food for myself, before all I could manage were microwaveable foods, eggs, and desserts ._. ... I found foods that I never thought I would enjoy, like avocados, eggplant and spaghetti squash. I've discovered that I LIKE to run and sprint!! So I will soon be working up to being able to run a mile without feeling like I'm going to die XD by using the training program I found here (with cross training of course) I've also downloaded the "ZOMBIES, RUN!" app and have made good use of that.

In the end I have two..well I guess it would count as three goals...
1. To be able to do my first pullup EVER! (I wasn't even able to do one when I was in elementary school ._. )
2. To be zombie apocalypse fit and be able to make it through to end of the RUN FOR YOUR LIVES 5K Obstacle Course Zombie Race by next year.
