missing halloween but still playing dress up
it's really a darn shame that my camera is broken. i made myself up all pretty the other night and went out to help Bryan merch for a Mongoose show. it was totally rad and i got a t-shirt and free candy. since it was probably the only halloween activity i'm going to see this year, i thoroughly enjoyed myself. hell yes.
yesterday we went on a date and hit up the Halloween Train at Bear Creek Park in Surrey. (everything is scarier in Surrey.). it was awesome and i obligingly played the part of the terrified girlfriend as actors dressed like F-ING MANIACS tried to attack us. they also had two actors dressed like zombies wandering through the crowded line up just sort of looming over people and staring at the back of their heads. i'm telling you. it was eery. ugh. one girl got off the ride, walked down the stairs and right into one of the zombie actors, screamed, and ran away STILL SCREAMING until she reached the parking lot. it was totally rad.
today it was difficult for me to get up and go to school. it's my day off of work, so all i really want to do is something halloween-y, but alas, i figured it's a good idea to learn, and i volunteered my art skills and have to go to that after class. thankfully, we were having a ton o trouble getting the door open this morning and Bryan had to leave his key behind, so i have to be home to let him in. YES! THANKS BF! saved the day. maybe when i get home i'll head to the coffee shop wearing a cape and witch hat and pretend that today is my halloween. i can hang out outside of safeway and see if anyone will buy me candy.
i think that this friday i should try to convince my feller to go to mod club with me. yeup yeup. i feel like wearing make-up and i think he'd make fun of me if i just sort of did it at home for no reason. ha.
i'm so mad that i'm going to miss Top Model this wednesday. but i hope CariDee doesn't get voted off. i think i'm in love with her. and i think that Melrose should just take a heel to the face already. barf city.
