In 1983, you would have been me!mesilaDecember 28 2005, 01:14:44 UTC
Heya, wow, this is a trip, you even sort of look like I did.
I went to your highschool (class of 1983) and you have no idea how well it does my heart to see there's a stoner hippie type living in Saugus (they used to call it "Saugus" back in my day, not "Santa Clarita".) In my day I was called "Flower" and "Floydian" since I was the only hippie at Saugus High, you might want to read about what I did to the yearbook that year, it's a gas. I lived on Kingscrest Drive and I can see my old house when I look at the area in Google Earth but haven't been to the place since the day after graduation when I went to San Francisco Bay Area and still live there (and will til the end of time probably.) I'd like to add you, you made my day, I thought everyone down there was a Bushie for sure by now! Back in my day you could actually see trees and hills in Saugus, now i hear the housing tracts cover EVERYTHING and Google Earth seems to confer.
I also make music though of an industrial variety and my fave software is Ableton Live - try it sometime, it rocks - I just made my first "tune" with MIDI last night and practically wept for joy.
