Someone wants to hit me with a fish?

I feel light today, not dark - I actually feel relaxed.
I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. L, My Psychiatrist. He was teaching me some relaxation techniques that I'm suppose to do twice a day.
I think its going to be hard but im going to get there.
