It's been raining
I've lost 11 lbs. That makes me really happy. I feel exhausted, but I'm sure that's just because of how busy I've kept myself the past 3 days.
My therapist said, "I just want to say that I have a tremendous amount of respect for you. What you've gone through and what you've held in and still accomplished is a true testament to your strength."
It was really nice of her to say that. It really meant a lot, and I thanked her. I just wonder why I don't see it. All I see is what I should have accomplished but didn't. I see the repeated failures.
The power went out for over an hour, and I've just forgot everything I was going to say.
