[ELVIRA arrives to the town of Zabbar at dawn.]
[At the head of their pack, one helicopter for scouting. The troops spread out around the hill that De La Salle is situated on. They do not approach the campus, but they do keep themselves stationed on the street surrounding the college.
First and foremost, they've disabled the broadcasting speakers among the surrounding streets. To further the radio silence, ELVIRA has set up a pulse transmitter, blocking out any incoming and outgoing radio calls. Anyone in this area who attempts to radio out of this area will only broadcast An array of classical music.
Any opposing force is handled thoroughly by foot-soldiers, the seem to be keeping guard of the area until a wall can be set up.]
