UCSC Class of 2009...?!
Today I found out that I am a college senior...thats why I could not enroll in the creative writing class Ive been dying to take since I started college. I dont care though, IM A SENIOR.
I got a B on my Econometrics [yes, its as awful as it sounds] exam!! I swear, waiting to get my exam back today almost made me vomit, I was so nervous. My professor had started class saying that the average was 60/100 and when those are the odds, I never pass. But some how by the Gods, I got a B...which means if I get an A or B on the final exam, I could potentially get a B in the class. A huge slap in the face of the Economics department that I am ready and absolutely willing to give.
Also, I spoke to my advisors and because I am a senior, I can sign up for the commencement ceremony right now...But Im going to wait until I pass Econometrics. When all goes well, ie. I actually pass Econometrics and get the Business Econ major officially, I will be done with UCSC at the end of July.
I went to the gym today and realized how. much. I. love. it. Not only does it just make me feel amazing to work out but I run into soo many people...its a whole different crowd of friends and people that I never see and it made the experience even more rewarding. I really think my regular trips to the gym have been helping me scholastically, keeps my head clear and my emotions at a manageable level. I dont have those crazy bipolar episodes as often anymore.
Also, over the weekend someone overheard me talking about Italian on the bus and randomly started speaking Italian to me. We had a short but fun conversation in Italian...it was really neat!
