well, you put one leg on the floor and then the other. now, when you've done that it's called standing. then when music starts and you hear your fav song (let0s say it's sonne) and you hear guitars setin' off, you jump in the air and then continue to jump. that's one way. and it's the most fun way to get out all your frustrations.. just do what i do in my icon (=
