(no subject)
So that makes three times this week that I had to stop myself from installing Final Fantasy XI. As much as I loved that game, there's far too many reasons why I can't allow myself to go back. But damn, is it ever tempting.
Team Fortress 2 is a very nice diversion, though. So is Half-Life 2 Deathmatch, but nobody plays that anymore, except that one World Trade Center map server that I play on. Still, it's nice to have SOMETHING to fall back to when Ragnarok makes me want to throw things.
Also, I got my new glasses today. The prescription is noticeably better, especially considering my old glasses broke, so I had to use my OLDER glasses, from like five years ago. My new ones look almost exactly like my old ones, which is nice, but they also have those neato transition lenses that turn in to sunglasses when its zomg bright outside.
Also also, my History professor is a magnificent bastard. He got half the class to flip out because we were discussing torture and execution methods during the lecture, and he commented on how funny parts of it were.
Funny. Torture and execution.
I'm going to love this class.
