Sebastian Zapho Cook was born at 11:15 pm on November 16th, 2006. He weighed in at 7 lbs 4 oz. 20.5 inches.
Had his umbilical cord wrapped around himself 4 times and had somehow managed to tie it in a knot. Scary stuff. But he's okay. Doing good.
Thank the gods that the pregnancy's over. I really hope not to do that again... Least not till I forget completely what a hell it was...
