i think practice went well today cept for my head. i took motrin b4 and i kept getting a headache. oh well. i did my army crawls ata rather faster pace than normal. i didn't lose a match at all today and most importantly i beat alex stupid cunt mother fuckin cumguzzlin douchebag. thats all
