You never know the meaning of true friends till you lose them. They are right there in front of you and before you can believe it they're gone. Whether you have graduated from high school and you go your separate ways. Or if one of you makes one mistake which was for the ruins.
True friends are the friends that stick up for you, and stay true to their actions, not only their words. A group gets in trouble, and I don't mean school trouble. But legal trouble. Caught together, stick together. Not one person is to blame. We all did it. That's it, there's no way of changing it, or our hearts. Things were lost, big and small. But we didn't lose our friendships that night. We stuck together.
Friends should be forever. A friend could be anyone as a matter of fact. You could've spent time with one person for one time, a great time, and they are your friend. Friend of a friend's you refer to them as, but they are still your friend. They pass on you never hear from them, but they're still your friend.
A tragic accident. This can't be happening. The car veered to the right of the road and slammed it's massive body into a tree. Two are hurt. The sounds of the ambulance, I can only imagine, had to of been horrifying. "It'll be ok." He thought to himself last night as his friend and brother were taken away to the hospital. Tears fill his eyes in fear.
The doctor, slowly walking through that piercing white hall, with his head held way down low.
A boy lost his best friend last night. The boy being a friend of myself and close ones. The one who died, a friend of a friend's.
It'll be ok. It'll be ok. It'll be ok.
Never forget who your friends are, and what purpose they stand for. Love and embrace every moment you have with them. You never know when they will be flying above you.
Please everyone pray for <3Craig T. Jones, 16, A Lakota West student who died Last night [3.23.05], a GREAT friend.
<3Signed Sincerely,
