House Hunting
So Susan Uncle Terry and I went out on the weekend to look at some potential housing for us. We looked at many different houses and then got into looking at $200K homes. Now we can't afford them, well tecniccally we could but our standard of living would go down substantially and we would be perma broke. There was this one that was perfect but at 1/4mil it's too much for me. Yep, can't afford too much, maybe we'll stay in the condo and wait for prices to decline and debt to be paid off.
