so sometimes melissa and i sneak backstage to watch modest mouse so we can see better, and then are found and befriended by their roadies who proceed to give us bottles of water because "it get's really hot back here", along with set lists, and tell us we are awesome for sneaking back and being so cool about it, and invite us to stand on the very side of the stage with them and the tambourine player.
because we fucking own.
