Late night musings
So I've been staying up later than usual lately... Laura works the late shift so I've been staying up and sleeping in late.... which is why I'm up at four in the morning... I can't decide between staying up till she gets home at six or going to bed now. However, since we only have local channels on our tv in our apartment, I've been watching some great programming consisting of late night talk shows (Conan, Leno, etc.) and some not so great prgramming (Cheaters.... so bad yet soooo good.).
But yeah, enjoying the new apartment and life in Bloomington... but it kinda sucks that there aren't many people to hang out with. I'd say my saving grace is Annie. She came over the other night (the second night in the apartment, the first night where everything was unpacked and the walls were decorated) and we all had a great time, I really enjoyed it. I can't wait till Michelle gets back to town. In other news, we were planning to have a housewarming party on saturday, but it looks like no one will be able to make it.... so maybe next saturday? Who knows.
Yeah, it's definetly weird being home alone so much. It may sound corny, but I'm so used to Laura being around when I'm at home that I guess I've forgotten what to do when I'm by myself. So all I've been doing is catching up on games I missed on newgrounds since I've been without internet... checking my email compulsively and staring blankly at the tv, no matter what's on. I think I might try to do some writing tomorrow night, we'll see how it goes. Mmmmmmm.... uuuuuuuh.... I think I might go to bed after all.
