Attention students of my homeroom class.
Leave your cellphones in your rooms, or turn them off during class. Anyone using a cellphone or any other device during my class will have the item confiscated, and I will not be returning the item for a long time. Any student who back talks me will receive detention.
Are we clear on this?
Something needs to be done about these cellphones. I've talked to Ada about the prospect of a ban on cellphones and other distracting electronic devices. How do the rest of you feel about such a measure?
