Sid and Nancy (1986 film about Sid Vicious and his muse)
The film would have been not bad at all but for the actress. I wonder WHY they decided that Chloe Webb matched the role in any conceivable sense. She is a total parody and I don't think that Nancy Spungen deserved such a terrible reincarnation of her.
And since Nancy is a key figure in the story the foul choice made an otherwise good film nearly waste.
P.S. Interestingly, Nancy was of a Jewish family who buried her in accordance with Judaic customs. When Sid soon died too they didn't allowed interring him beside his true-love. (By a legend, his ashes were scattered nearby.)
