Vacation in T-minus 22 hours
Going to visit my brother and his family. We are driving 10+ hours, and hopefully the voyage is uneventful. We are taking over a week off. I really have been working almost all day every day for the past 3 months and will have to work every day through most of July to catch up. I am going to make the most of this trip and vacation. My family is in NC and the weather should be 70+ for most of the time. They have a pool, and the kids should love that. Traveling with two little ones is tough. They have so much stuff. It will be worth it. I am looking to unwind and have days of no responsibilities. Even if we do not do much, not being tied to a computer 10+ hours per day will be great. We are going through podcasts to listen on the way down. We have a car headrest holder for the littliest's tablet.
