I thought that my theory of House/Wilson's relationship would be deemed inconclusive from how things were progressing at the end of season 5 and the beginning of season 6. Apparently, the show make a big circle and pretty much threw them back into my theory with this episode (well "Wilson" did it first, but then other episodes after that kind of invalidated my theory again.)
Now seems like the appropriate time to write out my own twisted version of House/Wilson's shipper manifesto, eh? And my Picard/Data shipper manifesto as well heeheehee. OOPS. IRRELEVANT.
