Went to take my GTT (glucose tolerance test) at 8am and had to wait 2 hours for the procedure to finish. I wasn't gonna wait 2 hours in the clinic so I slipped out to find a shop that sells $40 phone card coz my credit was nil at that time.
I dearly wanted to sleep in the car after I got my credit to wait out the 2 hours but couldn't get comfortable enough so an hour before the 2nd blood draw, I went back in the clinic to read fics from my phone to while the time away. When I finished with the procedure, I had to go to the front desk to ask about my next appointment and dammit, I found out belatedly that my appointment with the nurse was actually two hours ago D:
The staff clinic managed to squeeze me in though but because I got in too late, all the morning slots for the next appointment was taken so I had to settle for the afternoon session. Ugh...
Anyway, went to see the nurse, did the usual check-up etc and was given a flu jab. Still hurts now :/
Ah oooh, was introduced to Oovoo by sis so she can video call Brunei from UK for free (like Skype I guess). As soon as we managed to connect (took about 15 minutes to download, install and figure out how to best connect), I turned my phone over to mum & dad so they can talk to her. They're finally at ease that they can see that she's doing well :)
I'll need to find out if I can install the app in her apple. If I can't (since I'm not familiar with how apple phone works) I'll ask one of my bros if they can do it.
Argh!! Agents of Shield eps3! So good!! Whedon's team are spoiling me with Coulson's awesome-ness *flails* And that makes me twitch. He's gonna be lobbing some angst soon. (Nooooooo)
