Yesterday I met a few friends from my last workplace. We talked trade and one of them paid our breakfast orders (he tutted my order for fried kuehteow with beef because it wasn't healthy :/), regardless of me trying to persuade him that I should foot the bill this time. Ah, well, maybe I can slip one by him and get to the cashier quicker.
I stayed over last night at my bro's house to baby-sit while he and his wife went to see Twilight in the cinema. I was all ready for a night of fic reading and series catch-up (I still haven't finished watching Fringe s1) until I realised I forgot to pack the extension wire for my hard disk where I store my stuff. :/ Dammit. So I just sat up and watched... tv. The History channel mostly. I didn't even bring a book.
This morning I went straight to the immigration dept from my bro's apartment. I thought I wouldn't have to wait long. Twas not to be because there was already 60 people before me. It was a good thing the type of application I had to submit takes a few minutes to be approved compared to the other types that needs two approvals which sometimes take an hour to finish.
After that to the office where I had a short breather before I had to go out again to pick up some order forms from one of our major customers and buy some paper containers for deliveries. There wasn't any lunch to speak of because then I needed to go with dad to three different customers to: 1.sign an agreement, 2.stamp a invoice & 3.deliver an urgent quotation.
Dad & I reached reached the office at 4pm past where we had a very late lunch.
I want to go home early. Like, now.
