A humble question
Seeing as I'm moving to Edinburgh this fall to start university, I have a question for any of you who live, or have lived, in the UK:
Do you have any recommendations, hints, tips or general guidance as to selecting a mobile phone plan? I've been looking over some of them, but since I'm not familiar with the general price level of the UK, I find it very difficult to evaluate the plans I've been looking at.
