little peek into the future (part 1)

  • Quite far into the future we've got a mini·series coming to SciFi called Tin Man. It takes place, in of all places, Oz. It's the continuing take on the adventures in that far away place over the rainbow...somewhere. Excepting it takes place in modern times which gives it a bit of an evolved edge.
  • Causing some potential upsets in my Friday night lineup is Moonlight. A vampire fighting the good fight...which some may say has been a bit played out what with Angel the Series and Forever Knight, to name a few, but looks pretty good to me. Not sure if this particular hero is a cop or a vigilante though; this show will be on CBS at 9pm starting in two weeks.
  • Most of all this is within the next two weeks but not all. There's a new cop show on FOX called K·Ville. It started last night, I caught bits and pieces of it while watching the season ender for Saving Grace, and it looks pretty good. For some odd reason FOX was suffering audio issues last night, which kinda interfered with my appreciation of it; gun shots I could see but not hear.
  • Bones & House will be kicking off their new seasons on a new night next week. From now on they will be on from 8pm to 10pm, still on FOX, Tuesday nights.
  • I don't know times for Bionic Woman or Journeyman yet but I believe they're both coming out on the 28th of this month. Same can be said for Stargate Atlantis...if not on the same day. The latter is on SciFi still but the two formers are CBS.
  • The new season of Heroes kicks off next Monday at its usual time on NBC.
There's more but I'm kinda pressed for time right now.
