I haven't updated in forever, but this is definitely worth an update. It snowed tonight in Tucson! What the crap!
Also, I am freaking retarded. I thought the PCAT was tomorrow, so I went to the website today to print out my admission ticket, and saw that it was actually yesterday. I felt so stupid; I was crying for a while. Great. $100 wasted, and the next chance to take it is in June. I better actually go to that one.
My MCB473 lab is pretty awesome. So far we have cut DNA with restriction enzymes, and then we did agarose gel electrophoresis on it. The next thing we are doing is subcloning.
