California is great. Awesome weather, an arcade scene that is not completely dead, (including Initial D Ver. 4 Oh yeah!) and just everything here is great.
Death has kind of reared it's head though a handful of times though. First it was Alisa's father, then her cat she had in Santa Cruz, then the one of the cats here just yesterday. It's been sad, but we all have to keep our chins up and keep moving forward. I've got to much to do and so many plans for my future here. I'm getting my GED, getting into auto mechanics and racing (the legal kind) and working saving money. All that good stuff. Not to mention I have a great new family through Alisa. Everything is great and all I could ask for is for death to go away for a really long time. Haha. Sorry, I just thought of death the way they portray it on Family Guy, It's hard to be sad when you think of that. lol.
