So I am covered under United Health Care, and I found out the type of service i have is called a POS (Point of Service). My boss called me into his office to ask if I had been able to find a primary care doctor, I told him "no because our healthcare plan is a POS, piece of shit". And he agreed and told me he'd been trying for 45 minutes just to get an appt with a doctor.
