I suppose I owe it to me fans....
Well, I used my LiveJournal this semester (for the most part) as an outlet for when I'm overly emotional about something and it wasn't Tuesday night. So now that it's summer and I have all the damn time in the world, it's time to update what's actually going on.
I'm at my mom's house. Not really sure that it's home. When I was in Albion I was looking forward to coming back and driving around in an actually city environment that doesn't end after a mile and that I'm familiar with. And Chewie loves the exercise!
I am NOT working at Domino's. Not this summer, anyways. I have an application in at the pharmacy/convenience store a block away from me. They like that I'm a math major cause they need cashiers! So, here's hoping.
DDR is going to be my hero this summer again. But the pads at Major Magics are not in good shape. Thank goodness I have this conveniently placed metal pad in my basement.
I splurged in the last couple of days. I have spent over $120 on DVDs. Count me in for a volume of Family Guy, a season of Futurama, X2, Pirates of the Caribbean, Wild Things and Animal House. Plus I rented 28 Days Later and Terminator 3. Terminator 3 was hilarious. There's just something about a guy smashing a urinal over a woman's head that just gets me...
We won the Lower Michigan Mathematics Competition. For those who don't know, I was on the second place team twice out of two tries my sophomore and junior years. Now, we've brought home the Klein bottle to Albion for the first time ever... EVER!
Oh yeah, and I graduated. If you want my contact info, e-mail me and I'll gladly e-mail back. We have crappy dial-up and only one phone line, so I can't log on until late, but I'll check every day. I'm planning on a few road trips later on this summer after I'm sure I have the money to. Let me know if you want me to swing by!
