Happy Christmas-y times to all~! I hope everyone is surviving this less than cheerful time of finals and what not. I just had my first final today actually. I think I did well enough, but since it was Japanese, I made a ton of careless mistakes. If there's anything I learned from this experience, it's...

1) Don't check over my answers once I'm done. I'm usually right the first time I write something down, but when I go over everything, I second guess myself and change my answers to something wrong... I changed "saikin/recently" to "saitei/worst"

2) Don't discuss the final with classmates afterward. It just makes me realize how many dumb things I did and makes me feel awful. haha.

Oh well. I'm pretty sure I got a B which is kind of what I always expect to get. haha. I feel like it doesn't matter whether I try or not. I'll always get a B.

Anyway, my next final is Sociology of Gender on Monday. I'm not really worried as it's not really a final as much as it is just a test. I just have to read all the articles this weekend. I think a break is needed though! At least until tonight.

Also--random--but I started working out in my room and it makes me feel really good about myself. lol. I'm doing stretches obvs 60 push-ups (broken into 3 reps), 100 bicycle crunches and 30 10-second lunges (broken into 2 reps). It doesn't seem like a lot, but I am a very lazy person normally, so this is a lot for me. As time goes on, I'm sure I'll be able to add on to it. Plus, at home, I have weights to add to my workout :]
