Walkabout
Alex (daughter Alex) came to stay Friday night and Saturday we braved the buses across town to her flat. All a bit nerve wracking as it was my first time out of the house in three weeks and I was worried about getting knocked or jolted. I did have several people try to walk through me, despite the crutch and two bus drivers decided it was ok to start off before I had sat down.
We had a break for a coffee in Starbucks in the middle, which was good. Sat in the chair all afternoon while Al took photos of Fliss in the garden. Had Fish and chips and set off for buses home, which was also an ok trip.
Today though I am very tired.
Still, things are looking better for Consequences. I might actually make it.
