I definitely recommend these!! The Aloe Vera juice and Papaya extract tablets have been a godsend (I got both from a Health Food Store)... I've hardly had any pain all day, and the only pain I have had, is just because that whole area is still a little sensitive. No heartburn or burning of any kind.

I got something called Manuka Honey as well that is supposed to be fantastic for ulcers as well as acid reflux and other issues. I tried some this evening, and again, no pain, but I have no way of knowing for sure if it works since I also took another dose of Aloe Vera and Papaya at the same time. So I will try that by itself another day.

Other foods that are really good for neutralizing acid in your stomach are Apples and Pineapples. So any of those that you can add or increase to your diet will help tremendously.

Please let me know if these also work for you. I've really only had the acid reflux symptoms for about 4 days, so I probably don't have a whole lot of damage to heal from, and that is probably why I got relief so quickly.

If your issue has been going on for a while, it may take a little while before you really start to feel better. My Sister is the one who recommended all of this stuff to me (specifically the Aloe Vera juice). It is really powerful stuff!
