dad update.
he went into surgery today at 7:15am, then it was a long 4 hour wait. but all turned out well, no problems with the surgery, no loss of blood. He is just in the Cardiac intensive care unit. It freaked me out seeing him on all of the machines, and seeing him not breathing on his own. But he is obviously in high spirts, he was laughing even with the breathing tube in him, and he was joking and laughing all the way to the OR. he should be awake tomorrow, and walking again by Sunday.
