But his joy was short-lived when Circuit Judge Patrick Border held him in contempt of court for the "outburst" and threw him in jail.
Stowers, 47, sat in the courtroom and a cellblock for about six hours until the judge granted him a hearing on the contempt charge and released him....."
Yes, I have repeatedly said I don't believe in anything metaphysical. But persecuting people just because they openly expres religious beliefs utterly sucks. It is simply another witch-hunt. If I were to be characterized, I am a libertarian secular humanist who excessively likes Sushi. But, if secular humanism means intolerance, fuck secular humanism.
