Issei stormed out of the bar with an unpleasant expression nearly as bad as the one he'd had going in. "I hate him."
Just outside, Tyki raised an eyebrow. "I take it you didn't find success?"
"No, I didn't. He was infuriating and wouldn't bring out his computer, and I didn't want to risk violence," Issei explained. "This whole trip was a failure. ...I'm still glad I did it, though, for Hououji's sake." He then leaned against Tyki's side.
"Issei?" Tyki asked, blinking.
"This morning I found out that I was possessed yesterday and had my fellow monks attack each other. My father and my brother are in the hospital, and everyone else is injured. I spent most of the morning in tears, getting hugs from my friends. Slightly after that, Greed posted associating my name with his pornography business. I spent quite a while yelling at him for that.
"In the afternoon, Mello, Hakuba, and Naoto took me to get drunk. I was tipsy off one glass, and told everyone how much I loved them while clinging to them. In the evening, while still a little tipsy, I came here to search for Greed's computer and destroy it. I failed miserably."
Issei shook his head. "I'm just... very tired, Marquise." he answered. "It's been a long day. Let me do this, please?"
Tyki laughed and ruffled Issei's hair. "Of course. You may touch me in any way you wish."
